Our doors are wide open to young and qualified people willing to develop their abilities and skills. We offer a helping hand to students when solving projects or preparing for diploma, bachelor or graduate works as well as the possibility of a practice or a brigade-work and a scholarship program.

We have organized the project known as „Mom, Dad, come and play with me“ („Mámo, táto, pojď si se mnou hrát“). In free time, we teach children basic craft skills and let them, together with their parents, make different items and get a little bit into some technical disciplines.

In cooperation with Brno University of Technology (BUT) we organize a competition for the best graduation work within development of technical education. The best awarded authors receive financial reward from ŽĎAS, a.s. and are enrolled in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of BUT without passing the entrance exam.

Cooperation with schools

We cooperate with high schools within the region.
Our leading partners are VOŠ (Technical Institutes) and SPŠ (Secondary Technical Schools) in Žďár nad Sázavou and SPŠT Třebíč.
We still continue to develop our cooperation with the best universities in the country.
Our partner universities are: Brno University of Technology, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Technical University in Prague and Technical University of Liberec.

 

Jiří, 27 years: “I came to this company on a scholarship program during my university studies, which included internship in the company, determination of the diploma thesis and cooperation thereon, and after my graduation I had the possibility to continue in the development of my DT. However, besides this I was working on other projects as well, where I took part from the initial design through to production and the final tests of assembled equipment, which is not very common in practice“.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

Participation in high school and university scholarship programs is an ideal opportunity for you to start your career early during your studies and improve your finances even up to CZK 100,000 as a university student or for CZK 60,000 as a high school student. The only thing you have to do is to call or write to us.
