Promitea – new purchasing tool for tenders

We would like to inform you, that with target to improve purchasing processes and communication with suppliers in our company, we are going to launch new digital purchasing system since May 2023 – Promitea.
We will use this tool now mainly for tenders, where we expect improvement in scope of evidence, administrative, communication and time duration on both sides – company Žďas, a.s. and also our suppliers.
As this tool will be connected with our ERP system in terms of data transfer, we would like to use it in the near future for all the inquiry/offer processes without necessity of additional texts and data rewriting to other communication form.
In case, you will be invited to our tenders, you will get the official invitation via e-mail with all the instructions, how to submit your offer from the supplier´s side. If you are a new potential supplier and you are interested in a cooperation with Žďas company, you can even directly register your company in this system, so that we will know about you.
